  • Why do we need a home inspection?

    We can provide you with valuable information on the condition of the home’s systems and components before making your buying /sale decision.

  • How do I select a Home Inspector?

    In December 1994, The Government of Ontario passed the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors Act to grant the OAHI as the designated self-regulating body for Home Inspectors in Ontario, their member have met the highest qualification and performance standards as professional Home Inspector. All qualified members will list in their web page. We are one of their Registered Home Inspector.

  • How do you inspect my house?

    We will inspect your house following with Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) Standards of Practice.

  • What will I expect to receive? Will not?

    We can provide you with the information which will help you to make the decision wisely. We will able to point out the home’s systems or components when near the end of their services life. We will not make the buying decision for you. We will not comment the value of the property.

  • How long does a home inspection take?

    We required two to three hours for the inspection.

  • When will I receive my inspection report

    We will complete the report after inspection. Client will receive the report within 24 hours after inspection.

  • What should I do if I have any question after the inspection?

    We will glad to explain proper maintenance and operating procedures for your home systems and components. Clients are welcome to contact us by phone or e-mail.
